Sked’s new Sentiment analysis allows for comprehensive tracking and analysis of sentiment across comments on your own channels or posts where your account in tagged or mentioned.
Comments and mentions are analysed for positive, neutral, negative or mixed sentiment, and the aggregate sentiment tracked over time, as well as breakdowns of sentiment by platform, individual social account, or group of accounts, allowing for comprehensive visibility across all your platforms and groups.

We suggest a minimum comment or mention volume of 200 interactions in a 30 day period to provide meaningful insights when using daily intervals. Customers with lower volumes can select longer time windows and longer intervals as needed.

Brand Mentions
Brand mentions track the sentiment of public comments when an account you own is tagged or mentioned in the post.
Highlight fans or detractors that have tagged a posts with your account, surfacing accounts that need attention, and includes the number of followers in the table alongside the detected sentiment.
Influencers highlights other accounts that have mentioned your handles in their own posts, and the associated sentiment of the caption.

Public Sentiment
Public sentiment tracks the sentiment over time of comments on your own posts, across all supported platforms. Comments are analysed for sentiment and trends are displayed over time.
It provides a breakdown of sentiment by individual social accounts, accounts by platform and by group, surfacing trends over time, sentiment outliers, and give your quantitative data on your overall sentiment when you need it.
Alongside the over time tracking, the breakdown also includes by individual social account metrics, as well and by channel metrics for narrow broad sentiment comparisons across all your accounts and channels.
Labels Sentiment
Track the sentiment of public comments on posts from pages that you manage, split into the labels applied to the posts.
We’ll sort the sentiment by the applied labels, highlighting the sentiment across your content pillars and campaigns.
Setup your labels and update the labels on each post inside Insights, allowing you to apply labels to historical posts for immediate insights on past performance.
Things you should know
We'll load the last 30 days of comments or the most recent 30 posts when you connect a new account to Sked.
Sentiment is calculated on a daily basis, for the previous full day.
